Is my Honda Motorcycle Insurance still valid?
Honda Motorcycle insurance has been discontinued from 30 September 2025, but your cover continues uninterrupted under the National Motorcycle Insurance brand.
Do I need to take any action?
No. You don’t need to do anything — your policy will transition to a National Motorcycle Insurance policy automatically. The coverage and inclusions of the policy are the same as what you received with Honda Motorcycle Insurance.
Who underwrites my insurance?
Your cover continues to be underwritten by the same trusted insurer, Zurich Australian Insurance Limited (ZAIL), now simply under the National Motorcycle Insurance brand.
Can I still arrange my insurance through my Honda dealer?
Yes. Many Honda dealers can still help you arrange insurance when buying a motorcycle.
What types of motorcycles do you cover under the Honda partnership?
We cover a wide range of bikes — from scooters and cruisers to motocross and enduro — depending on your chosen policy type.

National Motorcycle Insurance is a business name of NM Insurance Pty Ltd ABN 34 100 633 038, AFSL 227186. NM Insurance is an underwriting agency with a binding and claims authority from Zurich Australian Insurance Limited (ZAIL) which allows it to enter into and arrange policies of insurance and handle and settle claims made under them.
